This myofacial release is perfect for anyone who has an anterior pelvic tilt.
I see a lot of athletes trying to stretch and stretch, but the key is to release the facial tissue before stretching and this will have a greater impact to release.
I recommend that it’s done on a smaller and harder 4-inch roller to maximize the benefits.
