Hamstring Thoracic Stretch

This hamstring and thoracic multi stretch is awesome for endurance athletes that are time poor. The first thing that suffers when we get time poor if definitely stretching and mobilizations. This stretch is perfect for any triathlete and cyclist. Tightness in the hamstrings from the pulling up of the pedal stroke and that constant rounded position when in the drops or on the TT bars. This will also help the triathlete in the pool to increase your range of motion in the thoracic position, and to improve that reach before your catch and pull, along with stretching your pecs and lats. 

Do this stretch daily by holding for 20-30secs for 3 sets for best results.
